Womens skills
Our women skills workshop is a 3 month journey, to explore God’s truth, unpack your view of yourself, and learn how to renew your mind in order to become a more whole person. Topics include: family of origin patterns, belief systems, the process of grieving through healing, forgiveness and repair. The goal is to be able to recognize and understand your emotions, feelings and core belief systems.

RENEWING THE MIND
Renewing the mind is a 2 month process. Review the basic needs and desires of every human heart based on God given nutrients that are essential for us to grow. Utilize the “Iceberg Method” to navigate to a healthy foundation for relationships. The goal is to encourage growth in character development based on God’s truth.
(Must take women's or mens skills first)

IDENTITY
This 2 month journey is to help you create an internal map to navigate out of destructive thoughts and feelings that have been tormenting you from possible early years into a place of inner peace that is birthed out of a knowledge for God’s truth.
